Dr. Wu was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate during my visit. I was feeling very anxious that day and distracted because my husband was not feeling well, and she never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She took the time to reassure me, showed genuine care, and went out of her way to be thoughtful - even offering to get water and Goldfish for my husband.Her calm and understanding approach truly meant a lot to me. I appreciated her patience so much that I followed up afterward to thank her, and I felt confident scheduling my occipital nerve block with her. I'm very grateful to have a physician who treats patients with such empathy and kindness.
