My special interest is asthma, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, cystic fibrosis, and pulmonary management of neuromuscular disorders.
The care which I provide to these patients and their families — and the kind of happiness all that care can bring in their lives — is one of the most gratifying and rewarding aspects of my clinical practice.
I am acting as an informant for them, and at the same time, I am putting myself in their shoes to understand their problems, their apprehension, their concerns. So I try to bring myself at their level, explain to them what is happening and what we can do to help the patient in order to improve their life.
