When you have a chronic illness such as asthma or allergies, you’re always fighting to control it. You’re always fighting to make sure that the asthma or the allergies don’t interfere with your ability to sleep at night, your ability to participate in sports, the ability just to lead a normal life.
I work with patients, and together we can try and control their allergies or control their asthma. So I can’t prevent them getting allergies or asthma, but I can prevent them from having asthma attacks or asthma exacerbations or flare-ups of their allergies during their bad seasons.
