I generally see two types of patients. One has congenital anomalies of their internal system — mainly their kidneys and their bladders — and these are patients that we treat and try to take care of to prevent any future kidney damages. The other type is mainly from the external genitalia — maldevelopment of the testicles or of the penis itself.

One of the most enjoyable parts that sort of guides my practice is to serve as guidance for the parents because many of these conditions require individualized treatment plans.
