I wanted to go into medicine ever since I was a little girl. I don’t have any members of my family that are in the medical field so it was a new area for me to explore, but as with most physicians, my ultimate goal was to help people.
The most enjoyable part of my day is just having that continuity with the patients, specifically seeing them come in time and time again and developing that relationship.
Knowing their history in general, when they come to me with acute concerns, I think really serves as both a sense of relief for them and also provides me with enough information to help address their acute problems.
